Wash chicken breasts.
Place ingredients in ziplock bag, crush french onions and shake. Pass chicken breasts through egg wash, place inside bag and cover with mix.
Lightly coat oven pan with olive oil. Place breaded breast in pan. Place in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 25 mins or until juices flow clear and no longer pink in the middle.
Eat with potatoes or rice and choice of vegetables.
