How to make healthy hamburgers


First get the ingredients

Now mix the 2 zucchini's (grated), carrot (grated), 350 g minced meat, 3 pieces of whole meal bread (made into bread crumbs), apple ( cored and grated), 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs, 1 egg (beaten)

Now form the ingredients into patties and cook on BBQ or grill

While doing this, cook the onions

Now assemble as you please

Now ENJOY!!!
