How to make my healthy tuna


Start with greased pan

Onion slices

Tomato slices

Pepper slices

In a seperate bowl: mix tuna with salt and spices

Put tuna mix over the vegetables

Cover the pan with foil. Put it in a 350f oven for 30-35 minutes.

I didn't have the chance to take a photo of the final product. My family eat it immediately. Btw, u can serve it alone or with slices of bread. Enjoy!
