How to make a healthy breakfast in a glass 'jug'


Prepare your ingredients.

Take about 4 digestive biscuits. To smash them for the base and the top coat.

Put it inside the jug.

Let the smashing begin.

Continue smashing till it becomes crumbs.

Once the smashing is done, put it in a container and take any amount you want for the base in your jug.

Prepare your yogurt.

Prepare to put it in.

Put in any amount, depending on your own preference.

Begin.

Take any amount you want. Depending on the size of your jug.

Cut them

Start decorating

Decorate the base.

Put the left over crumbs above it.

Put your left over fruits for the top coat.

And you're done!
