How to make a healthy home made lasagna


Brown beef and onion with cayenne, black pepper, oregano and rosemary.

Put ground beef into sauce. Add green onion and mushrooms. Bring to a simmer

Preheat oven to 350. Add a layer of sauce. Then cheese. Then noodles. Repeat as many levels as you can.

Top layer I like to add extra cheese.

Once all layers are done. Wrap the top with Tin foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 (metric) Test that noodles are soft by inserting a fork.

I set the oven to broil for 2 minutes to crisp it up a little.
